Someone broke into my mom‘s vacant house, under the house, and stole the copper pipes. Its a conventional foundation and there is a 3ftx3ft access door. Need to find a set of metal bars I can mount over it that is hinged and I can pad lock. I see them everywhere on buildings just not sure where to buy them.
Go to lumber yard, get some concrete rebar.
A welding shop might be a good source. Then it can be made to ordeer with the mounting hardware.
just about any full service hardware store has them, door stores have them, some of the big box retail stores have them. Make a few calls and you will find what you need
