At a motorcycle shop. Your Suzuki dealer would be a good choice or any independent shop that works on Japanese motorcycles.
Pretty much any motorcycle shop will sell you new tires and install them for you. If you don't know where your local Suzuki shop is, you don't actually own a Suzuki motorcycle.
People that live in Houston get their tires changed in New York City. New York City? Yup. Sure do.
