it depends on the year and make of your car what the price will be. any auto store will help you put them on. I'm glad i learned how to change my own wipers. i can give oil changes and plug changes. i know how to take a radiator out and flush it. i change tires to. this way i don't have to rely completely on my old man or any man for that matter. learn how to do these things and you'll be glad you did.
Girl go to walmart or anywhere that sells windshield wipers and put them on yourself. It's easy and will save you a lot of money. Hey if I can do it anyone can. But if you must get them done, call around your local area. Try like Midas or any other mechanical place. Sometimes even the place where you bought the car ( if it's a major chain) will do it. I would definately call around though so you get the best price.
I would buy the Rain-X Wiper Blades, I have had good luck with these. And they have foolproof directions on the back of each wiper. Get a rag to put between the windshield and the wiper arm so you dont crack your windshield. Good Luck.
