Get yourself in a driver's class. Maybe you have a friend that could take you out driving. Be very careful where you back from now on. Knocking out a fire hydrant probably cost your parents some money and they didn't want any more events happening. Driving is such a responsibility and should not be taken lightly. Get a driving handbook, read and learn, help yourself in that way. Definitely get yourself in a driver's class. Good luck to you. If you don't believe that you can borrow money for the class and no, I don't believe that the price would be that high, then ask people that you know if they could possibly take you out driving.
