Where is the windshield wiper Internal governor on a 1988 ford ranger pickup ?
the intermittent wiper governor on this vehicle is located underneath the dash to the left of the steering column it is identified by the wires coming from the wiper switch, if this is bad the unit can be removed and the 2 harness's will plug in to each other [this will leave the intermittent function of the switch dead] however they will run low-speed, high-speed, and park.
