The motor is located under the windshield cowling. The attachment screws are found under the rubber gasket located under the hood. You remove the arms, the spindle nuts, then these screws and lift the cowling to get to the motor. Pay attention to how the eccentric arms are assembled so you can reassemble them correctly. May not be a job for the feint of heart.
The B18C1 GSR does not support the windshield wiper motor for the 2000 Civic Ex. Its best you put the stock motor back in order for your wipers to work.
in no way get Bosch plug they are the worst plug you will each and every purchase. OEM plug are counseled, you are able to have a sticky label on the edge of your engine cover recommending what form of plug to apply. For any import motor vehicle, I wouldnt settle for cheap Bosch plug. NGK Laser Platinum are very costly because of the top of the plug. NGK Iridium plugs are non-obligatory plug for you Honda. I easily have Iridium plug on my ninety two Acura Integra GSR with the a million.7L DOHC Vtec. and it runs super. in case you have funds choose for the Lase Platinum, of you short on funds, i will recommend NGK Iridium, or Denso Platinum.
