I saw Santa Cruz‘s: Big Pants Small Wheels. And they hard 39mm skateboard wheels, and I want to get some because I like small wheels.

You found out one of the best kept 'secrets' in skateboarding: Big wheels and loose trucks. However, 61mm might be a bit too big. Dropping down the size to around 58-60mm will lessen the chance of wheel bite and it will be a bit easier to unlock from the coping. Your S9 wheels are fairly soft. Like anything else in skateboarding the durometer of the wheels is largely preference. You might want to try a harder wheel. Harder wheels will go faster and you have better surface feel, but you lose more control. There is a downside to larger wheels. It takes a bit more effort to do flip tricks. Oh and Dusty, The SC route 66 wheels are 95a durometer. Got 'em on a ditch board.

Currently, boards are getting wider and wheels bigger. Transition skating is gaining in popularity. What was popular 20 years ago isn't necessarily popular now, but in another 20 years, it may be back to baggy pants and tiny wheels.
