Question:

Which is a better rear suspension system on a small Station Wagon Independent or I Beam?

I have had both rear suspension systems on 2 different Small Station Wagons and was wondering which is better or are they both decent? My first small Wagon was a 1987 Chevy Cavalier with the Rear I Beam and now I have a 1993 Ford Escort with Independent Rear suspension. Which could handle more weight better or they both about the same?

Answer:

Silkworms spin silk in cocoons quite like spiders spin web. We then take it, and create silk fabric.
Silk comes from silkworm cocoons
Beam type suspension is always cheaper and reliable 1. Its easy to maintain 2. Less moving parts 3. Can withstand to rough terrains 4. Can carry heavy loads 5. Maximum tyres life 6. Easy to provide crown and pinion and differential without much moving parts lide axles Features of Independent rear suspension 1. More comfortable vehicle cabin 2. Difficult to maintain if drive is provided to the rear wheels 3. More moving parts and rubber bushing and torque rods etc., 4 Low tyre life since frequently alignment is changed to to wear of suspension parts
pure silk comes from silkworms
