1. Buy new ones. 2. Install new ones. 3. Throw old ones away.
try running a wet paper towel on the blade surface. if not then just replace them with cheap ones.
Most probably they have stayed on a shelve more than they should and the rubber has lost its elasticity. Any way yes there is a way. get a cloth and soak it with gasoline and rub the wipers until you strip off the hardened layer of rubber. I have tried this and it works. ( don't somke while doing it) Good luck
