I'm building a Co2 dragster car and i would like to know what material is the lightest. Should I pour a mould of fiberglass resin. Or should I stick with the traditional Basswood?
It is highly unlikely that you will find anything warm enough where you are. However, waiting until you get here won't work either! This week, the temperature will go to -25C, but, the norms for this time of year are -7C for the high, and -18C for the low. Those are only norms, and it can vary significantly. So, hats, gloves, and several layers would be required. A snowsuit for your son. Get what you can there, and the rest in Edmonton. But, expect it to be expensive. A decent coat will be $200-800, depending on what quality you want. Boots, $100. And so on. To be properly fitted out for winter for you and your son, it could be up to $1000.
