I would not recommend L copper tubing and shark bite fittings for this amount of work. Shark bite are great products, but very expensive. Use PEX piping and purchase a PEX tool from your local Home Depot. Also research PEX on the net, if you have some plumbing experience you can run PEX. Be careful because in my local area a unlicensed home owner can not replace more than 20% of their own plumbing, they will not get a permit and/or get the permit signed off.
