That probably caused extensive suspension damage. I would take it to a mechanic, I'm pretty sure that the alignment had something to do with the lug studs snapping off, unless the tire shop cross-threaded all of the lugs on your car. It would take some unusual stress on the suspension to snap all of them off like that. My father- in-law's van did that when the wheel bearings began to seize up.
