How do you define better electric current? Do you mean which is the better conductor of electricity? Depends on the thickness of the foil and of the pan and the material of the pan and where you are making the measurementAluminum (foil pan) is about 3-4 times better conductor than steel (most metal pans) so if the aluminum is about 1/3 as thick as the steel pan, then they are about the same Of course the metal pan could be copper or aluminum, in which case it would be the better conductor .
Al has 3 electron because according to the bohr's model , it says that the outter most shell with incomplete electrons would be charges.
