Hey im looking for resin, the gallons and i cant seem to find any store in manhttan that carries it. If you guys know places that carry resin in small or big amounts please tell me. That is very rude of him to do. Ask him what is the point of setting it for an hour before he has to get up? I set mine for 15 minutes before I have to be up and hit snooze once. You could also set it for closer to the time he has to get up and put the alarm clock on the other side of the room so that he actually has to get up out of bed to shut it off. Maybe he will just stay up once he gets up! Good luck!
As long as you are punching the bag correctly and building up your hands, wrists, etc. in the right way, then you should be much better off as you are developing your self for striking that your body can handle without gloves.
