Objectively? Iron guy in a landslide. Spidey at his ultimate can raise twenty-5 lots. Iron guy can raise a minimum of one hundred lots. Iron guy's armor has withstood innumerable destructive factors with the aid of the years, while Spider-guy would desire to apply his velocity and agility to avert injury as much as achievable. Iron guy can fly; Spider-guy's internet slinging plus his potential can take care of particular flying warring parties (like the Vulture), yet Iron guy is in a league all to himself in terms of velocity and aerial maneuverability. I bet if Iron Man really wanted too, he could come up with some defenses to totally stop Spiderman but if he's not prepared for Spiderman, then Spiderman will win. So it all depends. However, Iron Man really doesn't take things seriously until things get serious. Spidey may joke around but he always take things serious. His joking is a way to mask his fears. Iron Man thinks he's an unbeatable stud. Could be his undoing.
Iron Man would most likely crush Spidey. I love the webslinger as much as anyone, but the day he can shoot missiles and bullets, and fly a few thousand feet in the air, then he might be able to take Iron Man. There is one more fact that makes Iron Man better, He's rich Biyatch!!!!!! They should make a series like Deadliest Warrior for Superheroes.
