OUr house is soooooooooo dry. I have a humidity detector and our humidity is only at 24%. I know ideal is 50% and 30% being the lowest. Do you like your whole house humidifier? From what i hear they are great, because you don't have to clean them and they turn off before you get too much humidity. Do you like it? Did your heating company put it in? How much does it cost?
omg, honestly leave your hair ALONE. with all the bleaching youve done youve taken all the color OUT of your hair, your going to have to use a protein filler to get anything normal looking,. im a hair stylist. if its extremly damaged, which is apparant from dying it too much, your going to HAVE to cut it. It wont grow otherwise. if you MUST bleach it, bleach it and then cut it,. for cool skin tones you want warmer colors, i.e. auburn, golden blonde, warm brown, etc. good luck.. and LEAVE YOUR HAIR ALONE!
It's possible you are flexing your wrist and forearms at the same time to try and force the weight up a little higher. It's best to keep your wrist straight or extended back while you curl from the bicep.
