Way to many cards dude you want to limit your deck to 40-42 cards incorprorate the latter into a side deck 6/10 just because of the cards cut them down and then it would be 10/10
Not so much rude ad disrespectful as extremely inconsiderate and selfish. Have you tried talking about it and how it affects you and your energy level througout the day? If that has not worked, you have to try a more aggresive approach, like reachig over and just turning the alarm off. Alternatively, kick him out of bed at 4:15 am and every other time it wakes you up after. If he is forced to get out of bed ever 5-10 mins, he should get the picture. When questioned, explain calmly and rationally.
Go to a home improvement store like Home Depot and get a replacement burner for a propane barbeque. It has a air venturi that produces blue smokeless flames. Put the burner unit in the fire pit and use a propane tank away from the burner by using a longer hose so the propane tank doesn't get hot. If you want to keep it super cheap, use charcoal briquets.
