you can't make your individual hairs thicker. if you hair seems light and you want it to be weighed down more, you need to add moisture to it. and try a de-poofing serum.
If it's a simple ABC dry chemical extinguisher, you can simply vacuum it up. But be cautious, some extinguishers can corrode electrical components if residue isn't completely removed and cause the vehicle to develop problems down the road. If it's a class D dry powder extinguisher, you'll need to have a professional do the clean up as some dry powder residue can be caustic and needs to be cleaned up immediately. Either one if not cleaned up properly will eventually cause vehicle problems down the road. Best bet is to sell the van after a through cle up.
