Question:

Why do my new tires make noise?

They are Primewell tires that I bought at Firestone. I also did an Alignment. It is more of a high pitched noise and is more noticeable at lower speeds or when changing speeds. My previous Michelin tires did not make any noise.

Answer:

4 oz. to stability each tire? Max. could 3/4 to a million ounce, something is faulty with the tires or Rims. I advise you have the perimeters Balanced (on my own) then remount the tires and stability returned. center Ware on a tire is extra stress. If 32 is 3/4 of the max. tire stress (Stamped on the sidewall of the Tire) and it nonetheless wares in the middle that's greater information that there is something incorrect with the tires. (pass to Goodyear or vast O and function them verify the Tires and Rims)
This is because the Michelin's you formerly had on your vehicle are highly engineered and superbly crafted premium brand tires (also very, very expensive). The Primewell is a rock-bottom el-cheapo economy tire designed and made in China with only the minimum amount of engineering to make it safe and reliable. My tire store has been offered and opted not to carry the Primewell's for that very reason.
Tire noise is cause by the tread pattern. All brand of tires have different tread patterns. Some are noisy, some are quiet. Usually the louder tires have better traction in adverse weather conditions. Having the tires siped (cuts in the tread) Will sometimes help the noise of the tire. Siping also adds traction.
