No. The choppers use infrared scanners to look for heat sources. Plants give off a distinctive appearance in infrared, on top of the lighting which really shows up at a full out grow op. Cops cannot even bother you for smoking on your own property. You an stand on your lawn and blow smoke in their face and they cannot do anything without a warrant.
