Why do the fire alarms in my house go off when there is no fire?

Answer:

It is illegal to park in front of any hydrant no matter what color it is. The area where a person would try to park is often painted with a red or yellow stripe and a sign would be posted not to park there.
Disengaging a smoke alarm is cause for immediate eviction in my rentals. It is also against the law in this state. Open the window and buy one of those window mounted fans and face it so it sucks the smoke out of the room. Just remember this.if YOU disengagfe the smoke alarm and someone dies in a fire because of it YOU will be held legally responsible. Get the fan, open the window, save yourself a boatload of headaches
