Question:

Why do they put 'Do not operate heavy machinery' on children medicine.?

I mean how many lives can we save...

Answer:

For the same reason that the Preparation H package says, for external use only...People are stupid.
They put warnings on everything now-a-days, because of sue happy people. This is the reason that they also put directions on everything also. But to seriously answer your question, I think it is because sometime adults use children's medicine, and this warning is to prevent a lawsuit from anyone using or dispensing this medication.
It's for the countrys where the kids start working at 5 (kidding). No, the companys have to cover their butts or they could get in trouble - hey, I live in a rural area and especially come summer the entire family works on the farms around me. That also is sometimes youngsters who are too young to drive a car driving a huge tractor. Just remember to coffee lawsuit against McDonalds.
What, don't you let your kid drive a forklift or bulldozer? What's wrong with you?
Warnings must be placed on every friggen thing. OR someone is bound to sue
