Question:

why does spicy food have the same effect on my body as hot foods?

like sweating, and i get an itchy head

Answer:

NOPE!!! Not when you have idiots driving up and down my street like they do and there are always kids playing, so no speed humps oops i mean bumps are not annoyingno wait, actually i know some that are, i went over them to fast(there was no sign to say they were there) and stuffed up my alignment on my car, so yes and no! LOL :)
Honestly, you can wear anything you want. When I first started when I was 9 or 10, I wore jeans and a long sleeve shirt and I rented the camouflage jumpsuit as well as a gun and face mask. It was really fun, but in the summer it gets too hot so I either wear shorts and a tshirt or jeans and a tshirt. The paint does wash off, although as Jocelyn stated, the reds tend to stain. But just wear a Plain white shirt and bleach it if you want. Haha. It's really fun, and you have so much fun you don't even worry about getting hurt. The injuries from paint balling are very minor. Some bruises and welts is about it. Just try not to get shot in the nuts, the throat, or the fingers even, that sucks. And sometimes if you get shot in the face, it goes through the little slits and gets in your eyes and mouth. So just be aware. And have fun! Also it's better to go in the spring, summer and fall because in the winter you're cold and therefore getting shot is more painful
alarm is an electrical item which needs electricity to flow through to support it's functioning. 4-20mili ampere is a very little current which it's resistor can handel thus the design has been made like that
