If people could only be fired for doing something wrong, then they'd be more comfortable spending money. Besides that: Companies in usa are financially pushed to fire employees and replace them every few years, and have little reason to take long term consideration onto their hiring processes.I'm just wondering why the rights of employees are the first things to go, rather than the right to abuse employees, considering how many examples inside and outside of usa have shown that making employees comfortable, healthy, and happy leads to higher profits, and stronger businesses.
no its not illegal the only problem would be bird 'deposit' on your car [they are sometimes hard to get off]
I know of several metal roofs in the area and as far as I can tell, none have faded over the past couple years. I'm pretty sure they're still offering the big tax credit for installing metal roofs too. You should definitely check into that before you make your decision. Make sure you're getting the kind that qualifies for the credit.
Way back when I saw a spider web tunnel in a Cedar bush out in front of my house. I got the bright idea to deal with it with a can of Lysol Spray and a match. Never thought about how dry and full of debris the center of those outwardly lush green bushes are! I saw the smoke tendrils and opted to grab a glass of water to deal with it. I walked no more than a carlength when the column of smoke had grown to 6 inches in diamter and was getting loud! Luckily I had one of those 5 gallon water extinguishers for my fireplace and was able to put it out, which by then has a 1 foot diameter flame extending about 4 feet up! Anway, today I still have that old water one. 3 dry chemical, one Foam, 3 Halon and 3 CO2 type throughout my home, garage and work shed. (5 smoke detectors too!) Think maybe I just don't trust myself?!?!? Maybe you should do the same!
