I've been trying to lose weight on a controlled calorie high protein high fibre low sugar and moderate carbohydrate diet of fresh producebut recently ive been feeling bunged up and bloatedI have really bad smelling gas and find that I do not 'go' regularly, is it because of the change in diet or does this diet just not suit my body?
