26Gauge at least ..preferably r panal.. with pbr witch is a pearlin bearing ridge witch keeps the seams where the sheets overlap from rolling on you when you apply your stich screws..and galvanized and white are your best reflecting panals which mean less heat in your building in the summer months
The kind they sell at a hardware store for metal roofs.
As long as you aren't a fatty, you should be ok. I walk on mine all the time, just make sure to walk on the frame trusses and not the open panels. Much safer.
