Are you kidding? Where would we be without iron? Think about all the stuff with iron in it, like cars, locomotives, furniture, appliances, etc.
It would probably be best to look at their website for FAQ's and/or technical help.possible that something is causing an obstruction and jamming the wheel ; difficult to diagnose w/o seeing it
