Why is it important to maintain sterile conditions during surgical operations?

Answer:

For just starting out, that's quite alright. If you decide you really like airsoft, you'll need to expand your budget and invest in an AEG. There's some that are quite good for under $100 (Really just 4/5), and can always be upgraded. Like it was mentioned before, you'll want to buy a bad of .20's. .12's are just too light and low quality. The ones you're getting are no better than what you'll find at Wal-Mart. .12's can break on mesh goggles, veer off course easily due to the high speed and unequal weight distribution, and can break in your gun, tearing up the insides. The kit in the additional details is a waste. The pistol is fine for a starter gun, but you can't even use the sights on the AR-15. Crosman makes very poor airsoft guns (But so does Double Eagle some of the worst branded ones). The DE M82 will break very quickly, as will the M92F, and the speedloader won't work well. There really aren't any good starter kits, or AEG's for under $90. What you linked to would be great for just getting in to it, but no competitive play. I'm a bit curious as to whether the mask can actually defend 350+ form a .20. You can goggles rated by the ANSI to protect against ballistic protection. A decent pair can run you about $25.
I don't think so, but it'll probably depend on how sensitive the alarm is and how far away the insence is..
