Question:

Why is it that all car tyres are black when lawfully we can adopt other colors ?

Fashion? Scientific Reason?

Answer:

The rubber compounds in auto tires (tyres) are damaged by the ultra-violet component of sunlight. Manufacturers add carbon to the rubber mix to reduce the UV damage. The carbon also makes the tires black. I have seen bicycle and motorcycle tires made in several different neon colors, but the most popular color for auto tires is still black.
