Why is there as much evidence of Icabod Crane, as there is of god??
Ichabod wasn't headless until Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked him.
Ichabod Crane is real! He has big feet, just like in the cartoon! And you can't tell me otherwise!
The devil is playing with your mind. Forget about it. God is who He says He is. Read the bible. Look at all the beautiful things He's created. Stop thinking and just believe.
The bible provides 'answers' the universe provides explainations. Answers are subjective and based on conjecture and superstition. Explanations are objective as they seek the most accurate truth based on evidence. The notion of 'god' or 'gods' is nothing more than conjecture. An attempt to explain who, what and why we are what we are and to justify mortality.
Both tend to be works of fiction. As fictional characters go, Icabod Crane was far more likeable, and never coerced, threatened, maimed, tortured, or killed anybody. For that reason, I prefer Crane any day.
