Automotive battery charger that will not charge a fully discharged battery. It says in the manual to take the battery to an automotive center to test battery. It is a new battery, we just left a light on and totally discharged the battery. I thought that is why you buy a battery charger? Must be fully disconnected, Cell(s) not bubbling (Dead Cell), Charge at 10 to 12Amps for 4 to 6 hours, Yes New Batteries can be Bad. After all the above doesn't take and have it Load Tested.
What kind of smart charger is it? Some of them have a supply mode and some you push and hold the charge button and it's like a manual override.

the charger is a piece of crap. the whole point of a charger is to charge a battery. if it wont charge it then the charger is junk, get a new one. i would just jump the car and let the altenator do its job.
