Last year I bought a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse from a guy and he told me that he installed an alarm system in the car but took the fuse out so that it wouldn't work. I recently decided to put the fuse back in and noticed that the alarm stays on when the fuse is in. Does anybody know why?Also, the horn on my car does not work, could the fuse have something to do with my horn not working?
