i have a 6 AA battery pack that says its suppose to work on airsoft guns but when i plug it in to my thompson and pull the trigger nothing happens? also the wire that is used on my gun is alot thicker than the wire on the battery pack maybe this is the cause?
If NOTHING happens as in no sound, or movement of any kind, then you probably have a contact broken. Check the fuse and the motor and make sure everything is in right.
sure, I too, observed that digital mail floating around. It must be a lantern battery from the present situations, reason in basic terms this previous weekend we opened a older lantern battery, ie metallic exterior casing and it did not have 32 AA batteries, it had 4 very great ie. D-cellular batteries in it. yet i'm desirous to pass purchase a plastic cased lantern battery and notice for myself! Now the place did I positioned those twine cutters and screw driver? I basically desire the manufactures don't get wind of this, or we are all sunk. That darn lantern battery will fee $one hundred.00 money. lol
AA batteries can't supply enough current output for powerful AEGs - 6 AA batteries give you 9v which is enough voltage, but the current output is too low (the amount of power it can supply at once to the motor). Only the weakest AEGs can be powered by AA batteries as they have weak springs (I'm talking sub 200fps junk guns). Anything else require a better quality battery pack which is capable of supplying more energy to the motor to pull back the much stronger springs. Airsoft batteries and R/C batteries are what you need.
