Question:

why wont my tire pressure warning light extinguish?

all tires have proper pressure

Answer:

I am an artist and do several different kinds of art. Working in clay is one. You do not have to buy lots of clay and you can always work slab construction if you think you may not do well with the wheel. I work slab due to physical restrictions and you may want to try that.
there is something called air sensor its in the same one that u fill air into it haw ever a sensor that u cant see tell u open the tire from in side so take it to any tire shop and tell hem to change the air sensors in ur 4 tires and it will be sure done
A couple things. 1) the tire pressure sensors aren't on all the time. They are inside your tire and they have a battery in them. When the car starts moving fast enough the sensors activate and send tire pressure information. That helps to save the battery. So due to this, your low pressure light may take 10 miles or so of driving before it turns off. 2) How old is the car? As I said, these things are battery operated and after 5 or 6 years they do go bad.
get an extinguisher-HA! bad joke ok, there is a senor in the tires that tells the computer in your car the tire pressure. this is new technology that came out around 2006, therefore it is going to have flaws and glitches. many cars (like yours) have the tire pressure gauges inside the tire, this system is called the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), these system have been known to wear out very fast. if you go to a tire shop they can remove the gauges to stop the confusion. a tire shop will also have all the information you need to know about TPMS. this happened to my mom, and she went and had the gauges taken out. they will usually do it for free if you are getting new tires.
