my windshield wipers sound like they want to work but just wont go up at first 1 would try to go up but now neither will but it sounds like it wants to. I replaced the wiper motor in it and it still is doing the same. Does anyone know what would cause this?
The wiper motor has a linkage that connects to the wipers on some models there is a transmission that strips out you may find one at a junkyard
