Not a chance. You will just have to buy the correct tyre
The only way that would work is if the 180 is an over sized tire on the rim. If you want to run a more narrow tire it will be a bit more work than just switching the tire.
No. That is much too narrow a tire for that rim. Stick with the 180/55/17. It will fit and handle best for your bike.
