Question:

Will a lightning rod installed off a building protect the building?

I know how lightning works and know how to ground it from lightning rods installed on a building. I live in a town house community. Sometimes a building gets struck and knocks out the power. Could a tall metal rod or maybe more than one that are higher than the buildings be installed into the ground to attract lightning and protect the buildings. I know the metal rod has to be at least 5/8 in diameter. But because the height of the pole would be approximately 30 feet a larger diameter would be needed.

Answer:

it's an area of exposed really old continental crust
To start out with you are conditioning to often. I recommend Kerphix by Nexxus. Use a tablespoon of the product if your hair is long a teaspoon of the product if your hair is short. Distribute it evenly through your hair place a plastic bag on your head and heat an old towel in the microwave; turban the towel around you head and let cool. Rinse with cool water. Repeat once a week until your hair starts to feel like hair. When you use a conditioner nightly you all that will happen is your hair will turn to mush. Your hair need time in between the conditioning treatments. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for thirty years. Hope this helps.
