We have a pump at our cottage to supply our water and would like to move it to a less obstructive place on the property. The original suction pipe will remain in place. In order to do so, this would require us to add an elbow and then have piping horizontally underground for about 15 additional feet before another elbow to come up to the new position of the pump. I don't know much about the physics, but would this additional length and two elbows significantly reduce pressure or the pumping rate/performance?Thanks,Nick
