Hi i want to bake a cake today and the recipe says use aluminium pans and also un-greasedI don't have aluminium pans so do you think foil would be ok? would it stick? The reason for aluminuim pans is because this cake doesn't have any rising agents and in a non-stick pan it will have to grip to anything to let it riseThanks for help!!
