Eh, I'll answer these in accordance with what happened at my old school. But it's been a while. 1:Neat single file line outside of the class, form a line away from anything flammable (like the blacktop would be a good place to stay) or somewhere away from possible smoke. 2: Same thing. I can't recall one ever happening while I was in a hall though. 3: In a real situation, you endager your life and the people around you by dicking around. Take the recent tsunami for example. Even in that situation, people remained calm and civil, which makes things flow a hell of a lot faster than when people are dicking around and causing more trouble.
