Question:

Will H1b petition become invalid if L1 blanket partition approved?

I used to hold H1b to work in the US. Later due to some staffing policy, my company make me apply for L1 blanket petition, and it was approved and stamped. So now I'm on L1 here, but for the same company. My question is -Has my previous H1B petition been canceled automatically. Supposed I have new job offer, am I still able to transfer the H1B to the new employer?

Answer:

Haha this one's easy, yeah change the batteries!
The answer is C. HCL is a very corrosive chemical which can eat your skin! Use goggles to protect your eyes from any splashes, an apron to protect most of your body/clothes, and gloves to save your hands. There's no heat produced just from the acid, so there's no use from the heat-resistance unless you're planning on using heat in the experiment. VIOLA
Technically I believe it would illegal to ignore it, because I was the fire warden on my floor at my last job and it was definitely illegal not to call the fire department even if you smelled burning popcorn or if you heard a fire alarm - because lots of people think someone already did it and then no one ends up doing it and it take valuable minutes before the fire department learns about it in order to respond. I don't think it is illegal for them to tell you to not leave the classroom until further information, because depending on the size of the building they would want to vacate those areas closest to the fire first to prevent panic and people getting trampled. But since it is a school I know that there are evacuation plans in place, so as long as someone is looking into the situation immediately and still calling the fire department I don't think it is illegal for them to say to hold tight for more information.
