Question:

Windows boot loader problem?

Since my acer timeline doesn't have a cd/dvd drive I extracted opensuse iso and tried to install suse within windows vista but didn't work when i rebooted the laptop. I chose install open suse but it didn't work so I deleted it, but it still appears on windows boot loader!how do I get rid of it, so that vista boots automaticly?

Answer:

use daemon tools for virtual dvdrom.
the hard way: learn to use bcdedit on the command line to manually edit the boot table.
