i have a 96 neon ,the wipers stopped working all of a sudden fuse is not blown
you could have a bad ground the motor gets loose causing it loose its ground. Other suggestions or a bad switch and the worse is a bad motor
The motor has gone open circuit, so you need to change the wiper motor Go to a wreckers, they are cheap enough/ Dr S
