I just replaced the windshield wiper motor on my 98 Subaru Legacy, but when I turn on the car the wipers go to full power and wont respond to any movement of the switch. I have checked the ground and the park switch but don‘t see any problems
this is a common issue with aftermarket wiper motors, seen it a lot. bring it back and exchange it
defected windshield wiper motor take back get another one.
If there is no problem with the park switch, it must be the wiper switch or the relay if there is one.
