wire mesh conveyor alignment problem ?

In my company there is one furnace and its conveyor belt slips to one side during operation. There are 6 rubber coated rollers, 3 above and 3 below in which conveyor runs. Pressure in these rollers is maintained by 4 tension rod which also acts as guide. I tried to solve the problem but fail. if you guys encountered this kinds of problem or have any idea please help me. Your help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The stabilizer bar bushings in the front and rear can make a fairly loud squeak going over bumps. They are cheap and easy to install. Spraying them doesn't work.
