They say that working out everyday is bad for musclesbut why do celebreties workout everyday? How often should i workout?And can i eat carbs? or should i stop eating carbs?Another question i'm doing tabata on tues, thurs , sat can i do Hiit the bext day after i did tabataExample tabata- tues , hitt92;cardio- wed.and is billy boot camp a hood workout?Sorry for the questionsThank you:)
