I cant afford MMA training every month at the moment. If i bought headgear and boxing gloves for me and my brother so we could fight and still work our strikes would that help us not get rusty?
It's never stupid to use sunscreen on your face, especially if you're young. Prevention is a great thing. Neutrogena Healthy Defense is a moisturizer with SPF 30, I believe? You can put it on before your foundation/primer.
