General hotels in order to reduce costs, when no guests live, usually do not lay sheets, only a few rooms have sheets. If you want to stay, they'll put you in a room with sheets. You live in it, usually just one day at a time. General will not seriously disinfection, can only be achieved not dirty. A few good hotels get sterilized boxes.
Enough stars, sometimes dirty words, wash, but more than those small hotels for a little more, clean, and sometimes disinfection.
