Have this same issue in my 04 TJ, I found my issue being in the fuse box. the Fuse is not touching and I wiggle it and it find connection. Not sure but give that a try eD
you have the two a undesirable floor, a undesirable motor or a undesirable wiper swap. If it have been a fuse, it does not randomly come decrease back on in any respect ever. My wager is a undesirable wiper swap. stable success

If it's all four, you can try a junkyard, but you'll need to pay somebody to put the tire on your hubcap.same thing if you get them on the internet. Otherwise one of my tires just exploded and I had two new tires put on for a bit less that $200 total at Sears. Also check online to see if there are any of these places near you. Discount Tires (probablly the most cheap for four tires), Pepboys, Autozone.check some local shops as well, they're probably more willing to throw some used tires on your car for cheap. Google auto repair 606(yourzip) and you'll get some results.
