Tell me something about Yarn count.
I have done it both ways and found it really doesn't matter but I usually do it shiny side outAnd no, you won't taint the food regardless.
The dull side should be out as it attracts the heat ,and the shiny reflects the heat away to be technical .so I always keep the dull side on the outer side.
